Legal and regulatory information
This website is published by Mondorox Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 703 533 788), trading as Mondo Holdings (Mondo, we, us). By using it you accept this notice.
Not an offer
Nothing on this website is an offer, invitation or recommendation to acquire securities in Mondo or any related entity. This website is not a prospectus, product disclosure statement or other disclosure document under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), and has not been lodged with ASIC. It is not a product disclosure statement or offer document under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (NZ). Any offer of securities will be made only under a compliant disclosure document, or to persons to whom an offer may lawfully be made without disclosure.
No financial product advice
Mondo does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence and does not provide financial product advice. Information on this website is general in nature and does not take account of your objectives, financial situation or needs. Seek independent financial, legal and tax advice before making an investment decision.
Exploration information
Any exploration information referred to on this website is historical or preliminary. Historical results and estimates were prepared by previous explorers and are not Mineral Resources or Ore Reserves reported under the JORC Code (2012). A Competent Person has not done sufficient work to classify them, and further exploration may not confirm them. Exploration targets are conceptual in nature. There has been insufficient exploration to estimate a Mineral Resource, and it is uncertain whether further exploration will define one.
Forward-looking statements
Statements about plans, listings, timing, exploration outcomes, commodity markets and returns are forward-looking. They are based on assumptions and are subject to risks and uncertainties, many outside our control, and actual results may differ materially. Any proposed listing on the ASX or NZX depends on market conditions, regulatory review and exchange approval and may not occur. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
Speculative investment
Investment in mineral exploration companies is speculative. Key risks include exploration and resource risk, title and tenure risk, funding and dilution risk, commodity price and currency risk, regulatory, environmental and native title risk, key-person risk, and the risk that a listing does not proceed or that securities are illiquid. You may lose some or all of your investment.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mondo and its directors, officers, employees and advisers give no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of this website and accept no liability for any loss arising from its use. All amounts are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Self-certification is not verification
Confirming your status on this website gives access to general information only. Before any securities are issued, we will verify your status from the documents the law requires.
Effective 26 October 2026.
