Wholesale eligibility checker
A quick guide to the common tests. It does not decide your status; your accountant or adviser does.

Can I invest now?
Mondo is building its register ahead of its first listing. Eligible wholesale investors can register interest and receive the Information Memorandum under a confidentiality agreement.
Which exchange will the companies list on?
Each vehicle is planned for the ASX, with the NZX as a second venue where it suits the investor base. Any listing depends on market conditions and exchange approval.
Why invest in Mondo rather than a single listing?
Mondo keeps equity in every vehicle it creates, so the parent gives exposure to the whole pipeline. Each listing gives focused exposure to one commodity.
Are the exploration results JORC-compliant?
Historical results come from previous explorers and are not reported under the JORC Code (2012). Each vehicle will report under the JORC Code, signed off by a Competent Person, before listing.
How do I prove wholesale status?
In Australia, usually a qualified accountant's certificate issued within the last two years, or investing $500,000 or more. In New Zealand, a signed wholesale investor certificate confirmed by an adviser.
Can retail investors invest?
Not before listing. Once a prospectus is lodged for a vehicle, retail investors can apply under it.
What are the main risks?
Exploration may not define resources, title and approvals can be delayed, listings depend on markets, and early-stage shares can be illiquid. See the important notice.
I own a project. Will you look at it?
Yes. See project owners.
